Thanks everyone. @xoladiihoneyxo - I used the tosititos scoops tortilla chips and they are sold in the bowl shape. And I followed the directions on the back of Taco Bell's Taco Seasoning mix to make the beef. Then I placed some shredded lettuce in each of the scoop chips and added the seasoned beef, salsa, sour cream, and topped each one with shredded cheddar cheese.

And for lunch, I made mini taco bowls:
Those taco balls look scrumptious! Im having fruit salad for lunch - How boring! xx
