Recently, my sister and I started pressure canning foods. We've pressure canned chicken, pork, beef, tomatoes, salsa, carrots, potatoes, black beans, navy beans, pinto beans, and apples. We have over 100 jars of food and it's very labor intensive. It's definitely a labor of love. We will be canning more items in the near future.
